1. Who We Are

Fablo is a website builder for small businesses, operated by Fablo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14046445), registered office: 7 Soap House Lane, Brentford, England, TW8 0BT. Fablo Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Where our customers collect information from visitors to their own websites (for example booking requests), the customer is the controller of that data and we process it on their behalf. 2. What Data We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Fablo:

  • Your email address and name (when you sign up)
  • Content you upload (photos, logos, PDFs, audio files, text)
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card details)
  • Your website settings and preferences
  • Basic usage data (pages visited, actions taken)

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and operate the Fablo service
  • Process your subscription payments
  • Send you service-related emails (e.g. payment receipts, important updates)
  • Improve our product and fix bugs

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

4. Third Party Services

We use the following third party services which may process your data:

  • Firebase (Google) — user authentication and file storage
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • SendGrid — transactional emails
  • DigitalOcean — server hosting

Each of these services has their own privacy policy and is GDPR compliant.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Data portability

6. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, your data will be deleted within 30 days. Payment records may be kept for up to 7 years for legal and accounting purposes.

7. Security

We take security seriously. Your data is stored securely, passwords are never stored in plain text, and all connections use HTTPS encryption. File uploads are stored securely via Google Firebase.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Fablo after changes means you accept the updated policy.
