1. About Fablo

Fablo (we, us, our) is a website builder service that allows small businesses and individuals (you, your) to create and publish simple websites. Fablo is operated by Fablo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14046445), registered office: 7 Soap House Lane, Brentford, England, TW8 0BT.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when signing up. You must be at least 18 years old to use Fablo. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscription and Payment

Fablo offers a 14-day free trial followed by a monthly subscription. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No refunds are offered for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Fablo (photos, text, logos, documents, audio files). By uploading content, you confirm you have the right to use it and grant Fablo a licence to display it as part of your website. You must not upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Fablo for any unlawful purpose, to spam or harass others, to upload malicious content, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep Fablo available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate your account if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your website will be taken offline and your data may be deleted after 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fablo is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
